Kama Allegro con Brio is a limited edition rug with a sumptuous and wild hand-woven weave in viscose fiber. This contemporary design is part of the capsule collection ‘Kama 20|21’ created to celebrate the Kama rug’s twentieth anniversary.
Deanna Comellini, driven by the artistic freedom of her creative process, updated the bestseller rug’s original style by playing with the reflective properties of the weave. She introduced textures that create fascinating light effects, and vibrant, magnetic colors that enrich the iconic collection.
The designer Deanna Comellini wanted to underline the entry of Kama among the icons of contemporary design as a modern classic, by playing with the names of the 2 new models of the capsule collection. The name Kama Allegro con Brio is in fact an explicit reference to classicism and the heritage of Italian culture through classical music, a symbol of elegance, precision, creative genius and dynamism.
